Company involved in a wide range of electro-mechanical Industrial/Project related activities in Qatar. The company carries out its marketing operations through eleven dedicated divisions focused on product/market specific activities. Each of The Divisions is headed by a Sales Manager who is the Head of the profit centre reporting to the Deputy General Manager at the Main office.
As a second in command at each of these divisions, we require professionals with experience in the relevant fields. We are looking for experienced Graduate Degree Holders, preferably in Mechanical/ Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering with minimum 5 years experience. Post Graduation in Sales & marketing (MBA) will be an added qualification. The incumbent will have a pleasing personality and will be comfortable in dealing with our principals abroad, colleagues in the group; the sales team and the labor strength. He will train and acquaint himself with all indoor as well as outdoor sales activities in the shortest time to keep himself ready to manage the division, if and when the need arises. The Ideal candidate will have the following professional capabilities:
Provide Technical assistance to marketing staff and the sales counters of the division.
Provide Technical solutions to customers when required;
Technical supervision of indoor and field servicing activities where relevant.
Promotion of all Division s service activities
Liaison with all other divisions of company particularly with reference to the divisions products.
Technical assistance and training to new technicians/staff etc.
Marketing of all products dealt with by the Division to the existing/ prospective clientele;
Identification and suggestions for new opportunities for marketing as well as product introduction;
Ensure regular servicing and maintenance of all equipments of the division
Preparation of Tenders and quotes to all customers including Govt companies;
Ensure proper inventory control for division including order proposals/stores receipts/sales price updation etc;

- Identifies material specification, inspection requirements and organizes for stage inspection as required.
- Organize daily planning meeting for execution.
- Monitoring materials delivery and ensuring all checks of the equipment as per vendor specification.
- Oversee the preparation of daily progress reports.
- Prepare work schedule of all related activates to ensure smooth operation of the task/project.
- Assign manpower and equipment in accordance with priorities. Forecasting manpower / equipments & coordinating with Head Office for such requirement.
- Oversee the preparation of safe erection plan.
- Ensure all the activities are performed in accordance with company or client HSE rules: Men working are wearing protective clothing and using required safety equipments.
