- Understanding where exactly the problem exists with the machinery and report it to the maintenance and follow up with them to reduce down time.
- Continuously check the quality of output during the production to ensure that our products meet ISO, DCL standards.
- Report daily issues to the supervisor and report major problems to production manager whenever the production has to be stopped immediately.
- Responsible to request Stock and take samples.
Additional Information:
Job Requirements:
- 5 years experience with Secondary School certification and ITI candidates will be preferred
- Should know to read BOM , steering ,punching ,press brake, drilling, plasma
- Basic knowledge of computers Basic English and Hindi reading writing ability to follow verbal instructions.
- To be able to change and adjust the tools and calibration of settings.
- Very good knowledge about fabrication, welding and all tools.
Salary - 1200 - 1500
