Monitor that PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) is being used correctly on Area 1. Control the permanent minimization of flare, waste production and the quality of the sour/waste water sent to SWS or to API.
Ensure the correct chemicals are being used and that staff understand hazards and risks.
Control the completion of periodic survey and testing programs of equipment/devices related to Safety and Environmental Protection. Control the strict application of the Area 1 control access procedure.
Validate the Shift reports.

- Integrate schedules from multiple sources - contractors, vendors, etc.
- to build the project master schedule
- Liaise with project team members to ensure that all project facets are addressed in plans and schedules
- Liaise with the Project Management function to ensure conformance to Petroleum and Corporate standards
- Coordinate with other project services personnel as necessary to ensure alignment between cost, schedule, contracting plans, etc.
- Manage schedule updates
- Assess project schedule performance based on earned value and forecasts
- Track schedule contingency utilization
- Analyze critical path and float
- Prepare progress S-Curves and manpower histograms
- Provide schedule input to monthly reports
- Assist with project benchmarking

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education Graduate
Has experience in the oil and/or gas industry or similar process industry and has project planning and scheduling experience on large to mega projects. Has the capability to prepare all levels of project schedules, monitor project progress and ensure project s milestones are met. Has the ability to Present project schedule to management and to prepare recovery plans in case of schedule slippage. Must have thorough knowledge of project planning and scheduling practices, calculation methods/software, standards, and procedures.
Must be experienced on the Primavera software.
