Responsible for the planning, budgeting and managing erection projects with other related projects. This position is also responsible for the coordination with internal departments and external suppliers / erectors / sub-contractors / clients / project consultants and ensuring completion of projects on time, within scope and budget. Performs a variety tasks including setting deadlines, controlling costs, assigning responsibilities and monitoring / controlling progress of projects

Desired Candidate Profile
BE/B. Tech. In Civil Engineering with 10+ years experience in Structure Including 5 years of structural pre-cast project management experience in execution / construction and monitoring of medium to large size of Pre-cast projects. PMP and CCM certifications as an asset; Excellent team player, time management, interpersonal, communications and decision making skills. Thorough understanding of budgeting, financial analysis and cost control practices,Thorough understanding of contract preparation and negotiations. Good working knowledge of project planning software, ERP, MS Office suite and other common desk top computer utilities. Strong technical and analytical skills and innovative problem-solving capability, Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple on-going tasks. Office and project site environment, subject to stress caused by changing tasks, tight deadlines, heavy workload and travel required, Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment.
