1. Applying visa for new employee & online-visit visa & monitoring the balance for the remaining visas
2. Applying for Medical report for new employee and renewal of residence visa.
3. Renewal of employment visa & Labor Card every two years
4. Trade License Renewal for Dubai and Abu Dhabi yearly for Abu Dhabi
5. Renewal of PRO Card for immigration & labor office for Dubai & Abu Dhabi yearly
6. Renewal Computer card of immigration for Dubai & Abu Dhabi every 3 years
7. Supplier Registration & Renewal in UAE
Administration Work:
1. Receiving guest
2. Maintain the hotel relationship & reservation
3. Monitor the leave application & leave balance for employees
4. Renewal of tenancy contract for Dubai & Abu Dhabi office
5. Renewal of health insurance
6. Maintain the filing records and organize the office
7. Arranging the print-out of the books for training and any related arrangement for training.
Accounting Work:
1. Invoices:
2. Petty cash report:
3. Banks :Monitoring the account balance, advises, and post dated cheque, arrangement for bank guarantee new and renewal, arranging letter for transferring money.
4. Monthly Salary: Computation including any deduction and additional for the salary
