Training Centre Manager,(5 - 7 yrs.),Abu Dhabi - United Arab Emirates

Job Description Our client, one of the largest providers of safety training for the offshore industry is currently in need of a Training Centre Manager. The role of the Centre Manager is to ensure safe and efficient management as well as sound and cost effective operations of the training establishment. The Centre Manager must maintain a high standard of operations, maintenance, safety awareness and suitable staffing levels to ensure service delivery. Duties and responsibilities would include the following: Ensures all activities are conducted in compliance with Group and Company Q & HSE requirements; Executes operations in compliance with relevant legislative, company policies and contractual requirements; Assists in the formation of Company Policy and conduct reviews accordingly; Plans and coordinate the development of training programmes to meet international, OPITO and client specific requirements; Undertakes internal audits to confirm service delivery and staff competence is in compliance with relevant industry standards; Supports Sale and Marketing team in marketing and tendering activities as required; Ensures appropriate budget and cost control for day to day operations; Supervises activities within the training establishment; Maintains the QA system relevant to your job function; Assists in the training and development of staff and to undertake such personal training as be deemed necessary to undertake the duties and responsibilities as commensurate with the nature of the post; To help ensure the safety of the other staff and students; To ensure that the company reputation and quality is maintained at all times.
