The primary role of the Account Manager is to deliver sustainable top line growth and profitability through Castrol Marine customers, sectors within the region.
As part of delivering account plans, there is a need to build on our position by continually improving and developing the offer to local clients
Accountabilities
• Delivery of cash, volume growth and AED Gross Margin performance targets for accounts portfolio .
• Contribute to the market plans and business planning cycle for the region.
• Deliver value added customer service and innovative solutions to our customers .
• Identify new customer opportunities and acquire new business from existing and prospect accounts.
• Prepare, present and negotiate new and renewal business offers.
• Define and implement account plans for the development of sales to both current and potential customers/distributors.
• Provide timely and accurate forecasts, commentaries and activity plans for the portfolio of accounts.
• Work with principal to create innovative offers that create value
• Maintain the accounts and credit procedures in line with contract terms and established guidelines.
• Provision of technical support and advice to customers by working with the l technical support team
