„X Support in identifying project dependencies, resource requirements, technology readiness and business readiness and manage project dependencies across all enterprise, in compliance with adopted standards, to determine which project requires some other component to be build or deployed, in order to assemble a working enterprise application.
„X Assist in facilitating meetings with Business Owners and Stakeholders and validate Business Demand to proceed with DO, MRF, DR or CR and ensure that necessary steps are taken accordingly.
„X Receive, analyze and create Demand Requests and follow-up ITC on the Demand Requests and Monitor the progress, and report, during weekly Account Management meetings and monthly to Senior Management.
„X Support Business Analyst in preparing BRS on behalf of ITC and review proposals and negotiate the proposal with ITC before sending it to Business for approval.
„X Liaison with business owners and subject matter experts of respective business units to derive high level business issues and problem descriptions by determining current state and future state assessments through application of effective requirements elicitation techniques.
„X Ensure that the optimal project investment path is determined by identifying alternative solutions and perform the required analysis to select the best option.
„X Review all of the information developed through feasibility study with business units to validate requirements, solution scope and ensure the study satisfies the business drivers.
„X Suggest in developing the Business Case, in collaboration with business unit subject matter experts at the level of detail, sufficient to demonstrate project viability and secure a go/no go decision for a project initiative with the Investment review board.
„X Capture the justification for the project in terms of the value to be added to the business in alignment with organizational strategy, goals and relevant business processes and translate the proposed change into financial terms using financial projection techniques.
„X Assess and evaluate Business Case cost projections and technical dependencies by utilizing financial valuation technique (Return on Investment) calculation to measure the benefits of the recommended solution in terms of both qualitative and quantitative gains to the business units.
„X Conduct Demand Outline Elaboration Session to all Estimation Board Members (every first week of the month) and review compiled Estimation Feedback.
„X Support Portfolio manager to collect the information needed to maintain the road map and review the prioritization scores with business units and support in division budget preparation.
„X Explain Business owner the purpose and expectation of Survey before conducting the Survey and ensure that Survey Progress Report is updated into DMS and communicate actual survey to PMO for repository purpose.
„X Contribute for improving Demand Management in our clients¡¦ place by incorporating efficient standards, strategies and procedures in annual strategic and operational plan for Account Management department and implement the plans made.
„X Maintain confidentiality, integrity and availability of information in line with Dubai Customs information security policies and procedures in order to protect information from any disclosure or misuse.
