-Actively promote & encourage participation of guest and club members in activities & events.
-Supervise all aspects of the babysitting department.
-Deliver on staff devpt. & familiarize them with the best practice related to childcare .
-Maintain high standards of cleanliness.
-Ensure International childcare ratios are maintained.
-Ensure all babysitters complete relevant babysitting workshop.
