Our client is a large blue-chip International Construction Group operating across the region. Their Middle East & North Africa operation includes numerous major Building & Civil Engineering Projects.
This company is a Multi National and Multi Cultural organisation. They are a Multi disciplinary and have a significant market share through their Joint Venture Partners mainly on high profile schemes.
Reporting to site based Commercial Manager
Responsible for a multi national team of Quantity Surveyors and Cost Engineers.
Full range of commercial duties across a major project.
Major Project
Dynamic, professional and sharp candidates required for this difficult position.
Solid track record and references will be required.
Candidate requirements
- You will be seeking a Permanent position and not an interim, contract or short-term role.
- Candidates looking for a 2-5 year placement, or longer, will be favoured.
- Degree or Chartered Status ESSENTIAL
- A solid career history with Main or Principal Contractors is ESSENTIAL – Freelance or Contracting candidates will not be considered.
- Major Project experience is ESSENTIAL.
- INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL. Previous Middle East Experience is preferred but not essential.
- References are ESSENTIAL and will be requested prior to application being made.
