Job Description A logistics and freight forwarding company is seeking to hire an Sr Sales Manager to join their team in Dubai for their new business portfolio division into 3 pl business. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new customers within a regional business segment, managing current portfolios and providing reports on new business developments. You will be required to design and build new product portfolios and build a customer base in 3PL Business. The ideal candidate should be a graduate, with a minimum of 5 years of sales and marketing experience. You should possess in-depth knowledge of logistics/warehousing and knowledge in freight forwarding. Strong leadership qualities, proven experience in logistics business, people management and decision making skills are a pre-requisite for this position. In addition, you must be proactive, with the ability to look at problems laterally and should have proven experience in the logistics field in a reputed organization.
