Job Description 1.Manage the brands agreement and select the items product with the supplier related to the terms and conditions, pricing, contribution towards advertising and promotion, special incentive schemes, extent of distribution and others.
2.Train shops staff on the products, selling points, etc. This is an on-going process at shop level during the shop visits.
3.Manage the Band inventory and performance of the inventory. Suggestions promotion and action to promote and liquid the inventory. Regularly monitor the brand aging report and discuss with management ideas on disposing the stocks either through exchanging with suppliers or other solutions to reduce aging inventory.
4.Be involved with the advertising and promotion plans, and recommend the appropriate media.
Encourage customer feedback & solve customer disputes. Keep the Customer Service Dept. informed
5.Oversee display in the shop ensure products are well displayed.
6.Oversee the distribution of products to different shops.
7.Oversee and manage distribution and re-distribution of the product based on location wise demand.
8.Communicate with the suppliers regarding orders, payments, follow-up on orders, re-ordering, repair and client inquiries.
9.Responsible for overall sales targets against achievement. Reallocation of the targets to various sales outlets, following up and monitoring progress.
