• Develops and maintains IT Strategy and IT Strategic Plan in accordance with business Strategic Plan
• Analyses and evaluates new IT products, technology effects of each and prepares recommendations for management concerning IT strategy, policy and standards.
• Prepare the annual IT Work plans and reviews the progress of approved IT projects against approved plans.

• Follows up the Capital & Operating Budget for IT Division and monitors expenditure and income throughout the financial year to ensure it is aligned with the projects and other requirements. Ensures that all proposals with resource implementations and financial considerations are clear and understandable to IT personal.
• Reports to IT management on projects progress, IT performance in various areas resource constraints and requirements, KPI’s, changes, budget deviations, timescales, workload characteristics, non-compliance, improvements etc.
• Supervises the preparation and update of IT policies, standards, procedures and guidelines in IT Division.
• Evaluates, recommends and implements methodologies, best practices and frameworks to optimized and enhance the process of managing and delivering IT solutions.
Independence of Operation:
Latitude: work is governed by defined policies, functional procedures and specific objectives; however, a certain degree of latitude of thinking and freedom of action is encouraged to identify issues, apply judgement and select solutions within area of IT Planning activities.
Control: Work accomplishments are subject to subsequent review by the Sr. IT Planning and approved by the Division Manager.
Key Accountabilities:
• Devises work methods according to company policies and specialized professional standards.
• Consults with Sr. IT Planning Analyst on main issues relating to principles or policies.
