Profile • B.Sc. in Mechanical / Chemical / Materials Engineering or Metallurgy
• Hold current API Certifications, at a minimum for API-580, API-510, API-570, API-653 and API-571. Sound knowledge of NDE Services is a plus point.
• Hands-on-experience on RBI implementation and working knowledge of NDE Services is a plus point.
• Knowledge of API-581, API-579, and ASME Div. 1 & 2 and ASME B31 codes.
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written English.
• 15 years experience oil & petrochemical industry covering all aspects of Plant Integrity Management – topside and subsea (down hole), Inspection, Corrosion and Mechanical Engineering in leadership position managing similar projects and capable to manage third party consultant. Out of which 5 years hands-on-experience on RBI and Corrosion Management including down hole Corrosion.
• Experience in circuitization / corrosion loops process based on damage mechanisms.
• To develop Corrosion Control Matrices for corrosion monitoring, chemical treatment, inspection and process monitoring.
• To review company’s CMS, identify gaps and re-issuing the updated documents.
• To implement, communicate, agreement and alignment with stakeholders. Measure success, review effectiveness and improve as necessary.
• Final report and management presentations.
• 25 years experience in oil & petrochemical industry covering all aspects of Plant Integrity Management, Inspection, Corrosion and Mechanical Engineering of which minimum 5 years
