Job Description Purpose of the Job:
Provide expertise on all matters related to setting and support of ERP System. Identify problems and objectives of business objectives and improve performance. Manage, coordinate and/or control the quality of development and/or implementing of approved information systems projects. Directs the utilization modification and support activities of the application in a focused way in order to support the achievement of company objectives. Establish and enterprise wide MIS by interfacing/integrating the ERP System with other applications such as Maximo System and Estate Management system. Provide management with up-to-date reports and assists users in implementing systems, review user utilization and propose enhancements (if necessary). Directs consultants, functional groups and/or subordinates in their assignments to ensure adherence to company policy and standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Gathers information and conducts interviews. Analyzes and documents current systems. Identifies problems and needs of current system.
• Introduces new procedures and technological solutions in order to meet business objectives. Introduces feasibility study and business impact study of these changes. Designs date storage user interface, and application logic and data migration process. Keeps abreast of and evaluates latest technology in information systems for possible adoption.
• Directs and manages the developers during development process. Assures consistency between analysis, design and developed application. Develops and/or guides application test procedure.
• Plans and/or coordinates system installation. Introduces procedure to shift to new system. Assists in user training and reviews user utilization from new system and proposes enhancement.
• Configure ERP System as per companys’ policies relating to HR & Admin and Finance Divisions. Ensures proper mapping of business rules to the system.
• Develops operational, summary and analysis reports requested by users and management by using proper tool like Impromtu. PRH, PCW and/or DXE online and batch queries.
• Provides functional and technical support to HR and Finance users. Troubleshoots problems related to HR and Finance on application level. Performs server operations jobs such as Backup and recovery of server. Supports client installations. Manages security and access control to ERP system as per user requirement. Manages and controls implementing updates, patches, and enhancements on ERP System production servers.
• Participates in developing and checking contracts related to information systems and commenting as appropriate.
• Participates in preparing the budget based on requirements to meet business activities and proposed solutions.
• Develops related policies and procedures to ensure tight correspondence and harmony between business process and the IT processes.
• Defines and provides directions for work performed by external consultants, vendors and contractors.
• Organizes requests raised by users and forwards them to proper custodians and manages the progress and quality of resolving these requests.
• Plans for enhancements and upgrades of HR Access and related software and/or hardware.
• Manages HR Access support team and project team members.
• Provides guidance to users during implementation.
• Regular contact with IT Division Manager, BA Department Manager, HR & Admin Division and Finance Division, all IT departments.
• Regular contact with necessary personnel in order to enhance systems performance and availability and Company users to provide professional support.
• Vendors, support engineers, Training instructors and ADNOC Group IT personnel for necessary coordination.
