The company's expertise in mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) contracting spans from providing complete solutions through Design and Build, to Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC), and civil contracting services across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, water & power infrastructure solutions including maintenance and operations of District Cooling Plants across the MENA region and Asia (through our offices in Thailand), in addition to providing wastewater, water and sludge treatment solutions in Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

DSI has completed many prestigious projects in the region. Some recent projects completed include Shangri-La Abu Dhabi Hotel, Park Place Tower, Indigo Tower, Rashid Hospital Trauma Centre, Zayed University Campus, Dubai Police Headquarters building, Jumeirah Beach Residence District Cooling plant, and Dubai Festival City District Cooling scheme. DSI also won the ?MEP Contractor of the Year? and the ?Medium MEP Project of the Year? awards at the 1st Middle East MEP Awards, December 2007 and in December 2008, DSI was awarded ?MEP Contractor of the year? for the second year running at the 2nd Middle East MEP Awards in Dubai UAE. In December 2009, DSI was awarded the ?Sustainable Design of the year? award for its MEP works on the world?s largest Platinum LEED project the ?King Abdallah University for Science and Technology? (KAUST), in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
