Profile 3-5 years of experience in training or learning & development, preferably in retail sector.
Experienced in designing, developing and conducting training programs independently.
Experienced in conducting training needs analysis and training evaluations.
Fluent in written and verbal English & Arabic. Bilingual must.
Well groomed with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to plan and organize work efficiently.
Good energy level.
Able to travel to overseas destinations
