1. Lead and manage the company’s Pharmaceutical Sales.

2. Contribute to achieve the company’s overall sales target through achieving or exceeding the target of designated region.

3. Ensure that the collection is 100% on time.

4. Ensure the proper implementation of the Sales & Marketing policies.

5. Maintain a professional and efficient communication with Principal Company staff and ensure maximum satisfaction.

6. Able to arrange, convince, monitor in coordination with the marketing department a consultative formal, comprehensive step by step selling process for every medical rep / sales executive to know what is to be done, what is expected and how it would be measured.

7. Provide leadership, development and motivation, thus ensuring the top performance of all staff.

8. Provide directions to sales teams on the most appropriate and innovative ways of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

9. Ensure all the department staff follows the company policies, procedures, and SOP’s.

10. Ensures long term customer centered & committed business relationship.

11. Giving market feedback from time to time & developing strategies accordingly.

12. Building up distribution network and Re launch the territory.

13. Improve the relation between Government Institutions and our company in order to generate additional business.
