Industry: Consumer Durables/FMCG, Manufacturing/Industrial, Printing/Packaging Qualification: Post Graduation - MBA/PGDM (HR/Industrial Relations ) School & Graduation - Any Graduate Looking for MALES Only.

Candidate should have working knowledge of MS Excel.

They should have a minimum 4-5 years of Compensation & Benefits exposure with some knowledge of a HR generalist profile.

Qualification - Masters in Management from a renowned institute.

Job Description

- Assist the Group HR in managing the company salary structure and the variable pay systems in a channeled way by providing inputs on competitive market trends in order to attract and retain potential employees.

- Responsible for linking performance to the variable pay and bonuses at different levels / grades and suggesting a range of incentive schemes to best support our employees and the business.

- Review and control the grading system (pay practice & pay band) and recommends adjustment in salaries, incentives, bonus, benefits and other payment plans in order to maintain a competitive market position in line with our corporate strategy .

- Assist in developing, maintaining and updating the compensation and benefit policy across the assigned Ti unit.

- Effectively co-ordinate with internal & external resource / vendor associated with HR and Payroll system to meet the growing / developing need, and / or resolve issues affecting payroll process (accuracy / efficiency), and participate in assessment or development of new solutions as part of wider HRIS intervention / implementation.

- Oversee the processing of all employee and HR supplier-of-service related payments ensuring appropriate support, record keeping and accounting of transactions.

- Manage the periodic (quarterly, yearly, surprise) audits by internal and external auditors to ensure compliance of policy, processes and SOAs.

- Manage the recruitment process by collaborating with the Management team, department heads and the recruiting agencies to develop innovative recruiting strategies to attract and retain high-quality employees.

-Manage the Performance appraisal system of the employees that includes communicating the competency, developing the appraisal forms, training the appraisers / appraisees, analyze & report on the performance and suggest employee development programs.
