Manage all operational activities of inspection and testing services of the division;
Translate business strategy into pragmatic action plans and execute;
Analyze market potential and develop competitive positioning and pricing strategies;
Identify and promote future business leaders;
Draft, negotiate, and secure contracts for local and international clients;
Promote the image, capability, and integrity of the company to the clients;
Accountable for any claim that may arise from clients;
Manage pre and post contract commercial issues;

Lead, coach and develop a business oriented team;
Extensive travel within and out of the region to achieve business commitments as and when needed.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor degree in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering and/or relevant educational qualification; Master Mariner certificate holder will be preferred;
Minimum of 5 years operational management experience and knowledge of Inspection, Verification & Testing techniques in Oil & Gas and Chemical sector;
5+ years experience in Petroleum and Petroleum Product inspection;
Knowledge of Crude Oil, Petroleum, Chemicals & LPG handling;
Experience in oil movement operation, quantification, quality assurance and familiarity with cargo documentation;
Experience in performance of general survey and discharge / loading attendance of LPG, Ethylene & Propylene gas etc.
Ship / shore safety and operational awareness;
Able to coordinate and motivate a team towards a common goal;
Able to realize business opportunities in conformity to the business strategy;
Technical knowledge and experience in related field and in using management methods and tools;
Able to work independently and to coordinate several activities simultaneously;
Business and profit minded with related technical knowhow. Competitive and profit-driven; re-invents competitive advantage;
Able to interact with all levels of management, suppliers and clients;
Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills;
Excellent planning, coordination, reporting and organization skills;
