Job Description 1.Assist the marketing team with the requested marketing data
2.Resolution of queries in a timely and effective manner. Deal with queries professionally by e-mail and telephone
3.Ensure that the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system is updated, as appropriate
4.Log all correspondence, as requested, in CRM contact sessions
5.Enter client details onto the Client Database, in accordance with set procedures
6.Manage social media properties (Facebook, Myspace, Twitter, ASW, etc.), including daily monitoring, posting and content development
7.Coordinate and implement social media marketing communication projects with responsibilities that include social media advertising and creating brand awareness online.
8.Moderate forums and chats.
9.Initiate conversation through forums, twitter and postings.
10.Prepare status reports on social media efforts and success rates.
11.Assist with arranging food and beverage, order supplies and audiovisual equipment, make travel arrangements, order event signs, and ensure appropriate décor (florals, linens, color schemes, etc.) to meet the quality expectations of the brands.
12.Serve as liaison with vendors on event-related matters.
13.Assist with managing on-site production and dismantling for events as necessary.
14.Liaise with other departments, when required, to escalate and resolve issues and/or report faults
15.Generate reports, as required, on weekly and monthly basis. Identify process improvements and communicate to line manager.
