Job Description •Ensuring that all required vehicles are checked for quality of the work carried out , road worthiness, safety related and general impression.
•Reporting all points not matching with check list and return vehicle to workshop if required.
•Assisting Dept. in pre-diagnosis – Reception & Workshop.
•Maintaining BMW Quality Standards.
•Analyzing trends of quality and advising the Workshop Manager.
•Maintaining customer care values when interacting with customers.
•Maintaining safety regulations.
•Informing Team Leader or Service Advisor of any additional faults found including those outside the scope of the specific customer requests and documenting it on the job card.
