Job Description • You will directly report to the General Manager
• You will be working as a Secretary cum Receptionist.
• Managing Phone calls, arranging travel arrangements for the staff as per our procedure.
• Maintaining filing systems & typing / preparation of documents.
• Provide highest level of administrative, editorial & secretarial supports.
• Serve as a liaison between key management personnel and Branches (ie circulating memoranda, minutes, reports, etc)
• Perform full range of secretarial duties with a variety of clerical, technical & routine administrative duties.
• Answers telephone in a polite and friendly manner.
• Preparing monthly stationary inventory report and maintaining the minimum stock level per item.
• Scheduling General manager’s meeting, and keeping him updated of his upcoming appointments and meetings.
• Preparing correspondence, reports etc….
• Professionally accommodating visitors.
