Job Description Primary Responsibilities
1. Projects Execution Management of Contracts on Turnkey Basis by managing a team of up to 12 Project/Site Engineers, 10-15 Site Foremen, 5-10 live on-going sites with staff strength up to 500+ labours, vehicles and construction equipment.

Detailed Job Responsibilities
All pre-contract activities viz.
a. Experience in defining and preparing Estimation & Tendering of turnkey or open bid contracts.
b. Thorough experience in international contracts and FIDIC clauses.
c. Terms & conditions and their implications
d. Quantify & Preparing variation claims related to turnkey projects.
e. Responsible to coordinate with Projects Operations Team.
f. To handle a team of Designers, Estimators, Projects Technical Coordination with Clients, Consultants, Sub-contractors & Vendors.
g. Able to lead team of 10 to 15 estimators / QS.
h. Capable to check for accurate quantities from tender drawings including civil, electrical, plumbing & fire protection services.
i. Able to check detailed itemized BOQ, separately for each component in different worksheet and final summary duly linking all the sheets in Excel.
j. To re-check and re-verify quantities for finalization of contracts, as may be required.
k. To prepare technical submission and documentation, as may be required for submission to clients and consultants.
l. Timely submission of tenders & work under pressure.
m. Experience to work in close coordination with all concerned departments including Contracts Department, Sales Department, Estimators, Designing Department, Purchase Department, Projects Technical Coordination Department.
n. Ability to Draft & finalize bid offer letters, submit revised price, do clarifications etc.
o. Experience in final cost preparation on award of contract, preparation of the budget, cash flow, cost control, etc.
Any other assignment not covered above and/or as given by the management from time to time.
