• Well acquainted with International Codes: ASME, ASTM,
ANSI, API, ISO, NACE, SHELL-DEP etc.
• Development of Data Sheets and Specifications
• Selection of materials as per relevant codes
• Review of pipeline MTOs
• Pipeline Stress analysis & upheaval buckling analysis
• Wall thickness calculation under Rig & Track crossings
• Route selection, Route maps & Alignment sheets
• Crossings and Station approaches
• Road & Utility crossing by NDRC
• Hot Tapping & Stoppling of pipelines
• Materials Requisition and Bid Evaluation
• Review and approval of vendor drawings
• Participation and input to HAZOP Study
• Pre-bid Engineering and Technical bid preparation
• Software Knowledge: Caesar II, PDS, PDMS etc.
