Job Description The position reports to the General Manager - HR and the objective is to provide expertise and project-manage the delivery of the HR Planning and Procedures across people and organization elements. Essentially, you will be responsible for preparation of career and succession plans for the staff and senior positions in the organization while implementing of effective performance management systems. You are also to provide thinking and process expertise to support the HR design at management level and provide facilitation support to OD work/career development. In addition, you will also be responsible for overseeing the process of on-the-job training and mentoring programs for UAE Nationals. To qualify, you should have the necessary HR qualifications with excellent interpersonal, planning and organizational skills. Experience in working across a multicultural and multifunctional operation, particularly covering career development and employee performance in a heavy industrial or manufacturing environment will be a definite advantage.
