Degree/Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
British Gas ERS / NACE Certification
Minimum 10 years experience in coordinating the activities of various
sites in oil and gas industry. Preference will be given to the candidates
who have exposure in painting & coating in Oil & Gas sector.
Job Summary
Interaction with the General Manager on the effective execution of projects,
schedule and cost control. Assist in estimation, tender preparation and
negotiation with customers.
Management of materials, equipment ordering and distribution.
Coordination with field regarding resource allocations.
Scrutinising material requisitions from various sites and interacting with the purchaser.
Scrutinising purchasing data on purchase orders.
Monitoring the purchase and the distribution activities of paint, grit, other consumables,
equipment and supplies to various locations.
Coordinating with Workshop Supervisor regarding plant and vehicle maintenance.
Coordination with Quality Manager, Adaptation to ISO 9001 Quality
System and participation in Internal Audits and maintaining records.
Preparing Internal Work Orders and distribute to foremen and other designated people.
