Able to perform following duties:
- Prepare business correspondence
- Monitor, update, organize and audit files & correspondences
- Prepare, maintain, update all required logs for incoming & outgoing documents
- Ensure documents are archived in appropriate manner
- Receive and issue required correspondences with proper documentation
- Maintain hard and soft copies
- Ensure proper transmittal of documents to all relevant departments
- Ensure proper tracking procedures
- Follow policies of required quality control systems
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Qualification & Experience:
· A graduate with minimum five years of experience in similar job at a reputed organization.
· Salary package will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
