• Issue bid requests, and coordinate bidders’ questions and clarifications.
• Prepare commercial bid summaries and award recommendation reports and secure approvals in accordance with established procedures.
• Prepare Contract Documents and maintain control and status reporting documents.
• Review contractors/ suppliers invoices and provide support in budget preparation.
• Review and negotiated Conditions of Contracts.
• Provide contractual advice upon the interpretation of contract documentation.
• Administer contracts by drafting contractual correspondence and notices
• Prepare defended and negotiated claims.
• Coordinate the issuance of final acceptance certificates and contracts closeouts in accordance with company standard procedures.
