Education:
B Sc. Engineering, B Tech or BE graduate (Civil)
Experience:
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in project management in residential
& industrial buildings. Minimum 5 years experience gained in the Middle East.
Minimum of 5 years work experience in similar position.
Language ability
Fluent in written and spoken English
Knowledge of spoken Arabic is an advantage.
HSE training courses:
HSE Induction, H2S awareness, HSE Management of
Contracts, HSE Management Workshop, Incident
Investigation, STOP, Occupational Health, Environmental
Awareness
Medical fitness:Physically fit
HSE Responsibility:
1.Participates actively in implementation of HSE Management by site
visits, audits, inspections and meetings.
2. Follows up and reviews progress of HSE programs and issues on a
regular basis, such as STOP, Competence Enhancement, Forums, Health Status,
and Training Status.
3. Participates in the divisions incident investigation, review and follow up.
Job summary:
1. Responsible for the contract profitability, quality, and work schedule.
2 Initiates transfer, recruitment or repatriation of personnel from and to the division.
3. Approves requests for procurement of materials or services intended for the division.
4. Controls costs/ expenses of the division to meet productivity targets.
5. Reviews contract or tender documents relating to the division and clarify any gray
point with the client.
6. Meets with client to resolve claims, disputes and issues holding progress of the jobs.
7. Prepares monthly progress report of the division.
8. Assesses the performance of subordinates.
9. Prepares tender documents for the division and submits for top management approval.
10.Checks and signs time sheets of division s personnel.
11.Approves divisions work schedule and monitors progress.
