1. BASIC FUNCTIONS:

Provide, coordinate and perform complex Quality Assurance activities on capital projects.

2. SCOPE:
The incumbent shall be responsible for assuring the quality on SATORPs construction project, both on-shore and off-shore,
elevated structures and confined spaces. He shall have expertise in his discipline as well as thorough knowledge in the other
disciplines. The incumbent shall be responsible for representing the QA/QC Department in various settings, and interpreting
quality requirements for Department personnel, PMT, Contractor and Proponent. Incumbent shall fill the role of mentor and
trainer for fellow-inspectors on quality and technical related issues. Incumbent shall report to designated supervisor or as directed
by the Quality Manager.

3. PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
Provides expert technical support to PMT in resolving problems in inspection methods and procedures.
Reviews and evaluates Contractor Quality documents submittals.
Reviews / assists in reviewing projects drawings and specifications for compliance with the SATORP standards.
Performs daily field Hold, Witness, and Surveillance inspections.
Ensures that all civil on-site and off-site material and installations tests are per SATORP standards.
Monitors Contractors Quality Systems and Quality Personnel for compliance with requirements, and records.
Records legibly and accurately all controversial and non-complying construction practices, materials and equipment, and
reports to supervisor detailed potential problems for early resolution.
h) Writes inspection reports and initiates non-conformance reports (NCRs) as needed.
i) Assists the Inspection Assessment Group in performing external Company Quality Audits as necessary.
j) Occasionally develops and gives presentations to Department personnel and others, as needed.
k) Performs other miscellaneous duties as directed by the Field supervisor.

Job Description:
- Thorough knowledge at his disciplines applicable international standards.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge in ISO quality systems; and must hold at least one QMS Certification.
- Possess excellent written and oral communication skills in English fluently.
- Good health and in excellent physical condition.
- Able to drive and must possess a valid driver s license.
- Excellent in computer usage of standard PC workstation and in Office basic software applications.

Additional Information:
Education - BS degree in Civil Engineering
Experience - plus nine (9) years in industrial or construction experience, at least, three (5) years of which in the Inspection field.
