Job Description • Managing the front office reception,Answer telephone and direct calls, take and relay messages
• Direct persons to correct destination
• Ensure knowledge of staff movements in organization
• General Administrative and clerical support
• Prepare Letters and Documents, Responsible for incoming outgoing couriers
• Schedule appointments, organize meetings
• Data entry of Accounts payable invoices and filing the same.
• Maintain address book electronically
