The ideal profile is of a young and dynamic person currently based in UAE with a minimum of two years experience in a similar role either in retail or hospitality. CIPD qualifications or a degree in HR/Hospitality is required. The person should have very strong oral and written English, ability to handle pressure from high volume recruitment, ability to manage expectations of Department Heads, strong analytical skills with experience of using MS Excel for reporting purpose, aspiration to grow in HR and above all well versed in using Taleo which is a must for this position.

Job Description The primary responsibility of this managerial role is to manage the Recruitment web portal on Taleo (including posting and managing vacancies and candidates through the recruitment cycle). Other responsibilities include managing the entire recruitment cycle of mid managers and line staff, ensuring all new joiners have Room to have a great start with IHG DFC, manage the internal job board and maintain the internal job tracker. The person will also be responsible for aligning the recruitment practices, challenging manning against the budget, preparing contracts and documents for visa applications and coordinating with Department Heads with regards to recruitment and running assessment centers based on recruitment forecast.
