MAIN PURPOSES
To manage under the responsibility of the Project Manager the EPC Phase of the Project

To remain within the agreed budget, schedule for completion and Statement of Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
- Monitor and control Contractors achievements in accordance with contractual requirements in areas such as safety, technical requirements, cost, planning, etc

- Follow all the studies developed during engineering, procurement and construction phase

- Ensure safe working practices are carried out within the project team

- Assist and Keep informed the Project Manager

- Prepare Contract/Purchase Order Plan in accordance with Project Plan, and negotiate Contracts/Purchase Orders in accordance with Contract/Purchase Order Plan within the limits of his authority

- Manage the change order and the potential impacts on the project

- Maintain constructive relationship with Partners and Contractors

Senior Package Manager could be involved in specific followings or issues if required by his Project Manager

Reporting to: Project Manager

Number of subordinates: 5-10

Budget responsibility: < 0,1 billion USD
