Job Profile:
1. He will be in charge of a camp of around 500 to 600 laborer/workers.
2. He has to do menu planning with designated Cooks to arrange for breakfast, lunch & dinner for all 600 workers.
3. Hell b given a daily budget to b spent PER WORKER so he has to have strict control on the food cost.
4. He has to look after the cleanliness of the entire camp like electrification, plumbing, washroom cleaning, bedrolls, linen etc. the entire upkeep of the camp.
5. Its purely food supply in large quantities. He should have a though personality to deal with workers.
