Education:
Graduate in Engineering (Post Graduate in Business/Management optional)
Key Accountabilities:
To effectively manage company Bahrain operations including business planning & development, client management and management projects.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in similar role including exposure to project management and business operations management.
Min 15 years experience overall Oil & Gas contracting experience.
Medical fitness: Physically fit
Special skills:
Strong Commitment to HSE Implementation
Strong Background in Operations Management in Oil & Gas Industry
Good Managerial, Communication and Interpersonal skills Knowledge of Oil & Gas Market (Bahrain Preferred)
Language Ability:
Fluent in written and spoken English
Job summary:
Single Point Accountability for the successful execution of Bahrain operations and authorized to represent up to approved financial limits.
Ensure that HSE and Quality values are understood, upheld and implemented at all levels of the work execution and a Zero Tolerance for non compliance is engendered.
Maximum number of clients and local operating companies; market in the local market
Prepare/submit a business propsals
Prepare proposals for smaller projects by utilizing existing resources and utilizing HO for preparation of larger projects.
Identification, management and mitigation of risks.
Development and planning of the construction functions of the Bahrain division
Full accountability for the management, development and engagement of Company Project Managers and Project staff as required to execute work in Bahrain. Personaily contribute to the development of key staff.
Ensure all Company projects are suitably resourced with the appropriate staff, equipment arid materials.
Assist Project Manager with client management and manage the client as required.
In conjunction with other Company management, meet clients.
HSE Responsibility:
Observe and follow HSE rules and regulations and Demonstrate HSE leadership at all times.
